2016-18 Polaris Axys tunnel

Our New 2016-18 Polaris Axys 1 piece Replacement Tunnel is available in 162 or 174 lengths and is constructed out of a super strong .065 6061 aluminum material.It comes with our full length U-cooler system,Suspension brackets,rear bumper and rivet kit.The cooler fittings line up to your existing hoses.Polaris uses a heat release glue to fasten the tunnel to the bulkhead and because of a short shelf life of the glue  we recommend purchasing that from Polaris for assembly.As the factory running boards for the Axys are proven to be a very awesome board for tree riding,we made this tunnel available without  purchasing our wider extreme running boards which work great for  snow cross,hill climbing,jumping,drops, and or if you just have a big foot!.All holes are predrilled to align the stock running boards as well as the tunnel to your bulkhead .The suspension bracket holes are predrilled to ensure accurate  mounting locations to the factory specs.The tunnels come with the front Tunnel reinforcement plates but exclude the factory front cooler as shown in the pictures.
