These tunnel reinforcement plates are made from .100" x 6061 aircraft aluminum and are .020" thicker than the original plates. Along with high quality Stainless Steel rivets, they serve as a replacement or reinforcement for the stock plates. It is recommended to use Polaris' heat release 2 part epoxy when installing these plates, as it is specifically designed for this purpose. To purchase the required glue, please visit your local Polaris dealer due to the short shelf life of the product. Available in a natural or Powdercoated Black finish
