Polaris Driveshaft Bearing Support Reinforcement Plate – CR Racing
Strengthen the weakest point of your Polaris tunnel. This steel reinforcement plate supports the left-hand driveshaft bearing flange, stopping the tunnel from flexing, cracking, or tearing around the bearing mount—one of the most common tunnel failure areas on Polaris sleds.
Choose the version that fits your needs:
✔ Preventative Plate (Large Holes) — installs over the factory self-piercing nuts on undamaged tunnels
✔ Repair Plate (Welded Nuts) — perfect for machines where the OEM nut inserts are damaged or missing
For maximum strength, the plate can also be bonded using Polaris OEM structural tunnel adhesive before riveting.
Includes stainless steel rivets for corrosion-resistant installation.
Pairs perfectly with CR Racing Tunnel Reinforcement Plates for Pro-Ride, AXYS, and Matryx chassis.
