The CR Racing 4" Tunnel Cut Rear Bumper Kit is designed for 2012–2023 Arctic Cat M-Series, ProClimb and Alpha mountain sleds.
Developed and tested in-house over several seasons, this kit shortens the rear tunnel by approximately 4" to reduce drag in deep snow while adding strength and improved grab points at the rear of the sled.
Our kit replaces the factory rear bumper and snowflap brace with a heavy-duty CR Racing bumper/tunnel stiffener and our winged-up replacement snowflap brace.
For a cleaner and more complete tunnel-cut conversion, this kit is also available with our CR Racing replacement tunnel cap, manufactured in-house. This allows you to replace the factory tunnel cap and bumper assembly as part of the conversion.
An optional factory taillight mounting bracket is also available, allowing you to retain your stock Arctic Cat taillight with a slight modification to the original taillight bracket.

We recommend measuring the top length of your existing tunnel cap before ordering to confirm the correct kit.
COOLING RECOMMENDATION:
Because this conversion shortens the rear tunnel, we highly recommend running an additional set of ice scratchers to improve snow spray and cooling.

INSTALLATION:
Installation requires cutting approximately 4" from the rear of the tunnel and requires the use of power tools. The bumper and side plates come with the necessary pre-drilled mounting holes, making installation straightforward once the tunnel has been properly cut.
If you are not comfortable cutting or modifying your tunnel, we strongly recommend having the kit installed by an experienced fabricator or snowmobile technician.
