Hardpack trails, long climbs, spring riding and high-power mods expose the biggest weakness of the platform: not enough heat exchanger capacity. You know the drill… temps spike, warning lights flash, and you’re stuck cooling down while your buddies keep climbing.

Our Extended Cooling Mod solves the issue once and for all.

Built by CR Racing, this full-length welded heat exchanger replaces the undersized stock unit and dramatically increases coolant volume and heat dissipation. Every unit is TIG-welded, pressure-tested, and designed to add only ~5 kg — the lightest way to eliminate overheating and protect your engine.
