2014-21 Yamaha Viper/Sidewinder Tunnel Extension Cap

This Tunnel extension Cap is constructed out of 6061 (.065) Aircraft Quality aluminum. They are much stronger than the OEM cap.All the necessary hardware is included.

Note:Bumper is sold as a separate item and is necessary to have for this product.It was designed to utilize the stock bumper as well.

To install: Remove the gas tank so you can get at the rivets on the top and the suspension has to be removed to grind the rivets from the inside flush.

Tools needed: Rivet gun (preferably Air Rivet gun), 3/16 drill Bit, Sander or grinder. Install time approx 4 hours.
