CR Racing Yamaha Viper / Sidewinder OEM Replacement Tunnel Cap
Our CR Racing replacement tunnel caps are designed as a stronger replacement for the factory OEM Yamaha Viper and Sidewinder tunnel cap.
Manufactured in-house from .065" 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum, these tunnel caps are stronger than the factory cap and are designed to replace damaged, cracked or bent OEM tunnel caps while retaining the factory-length tunnel configuration.
Available in multiple track lengths and color options.
All necessary mounting hardware is included.

IMPORTANT: We highly recommend measuring the top length of your existing factory tunnel cap before ordering. Use the measurements above to confirm the correct tunnel cap for your sled rather than relying only on track length.
INSTALLATION
Installation requires removal of the fuel tank to access the upper tunnel rivets. The rear suspension must also be removed to allow the factory rivets to be ground flush from inside the tunnel.
Approximate installation time: 4 hours.
