Hey guys, we all know the stock cooling system on the 858 Catalyst just doesn’t cut it—especially on the hard pack trails heading up the mountain. With only a few litres of coolant capacity from the factory, overheating is a common issue, and it’s frustrating when you’re stuck on the side of the trail watching your buddies ride past you.
That’s why we designed our Full-Length Extended Heat Exchanger. It replaces the small stock cooler with a much more capable system that drastically improves your snowmobile’s cooling capacity. Once you’re in the powder, you’re fine—but it’s the ride getting there that needs help. This kit solves that problem.
Installation takes roughly 8 to 10 hours, depending on your experience level. All welded joints and fittings are pressure-tested to ensure quality and durability. The kit includes all the necessary rivets and hardware, and we’re releasing a detailed installation video soon to guide you through the process. In the meantime, every kit comes with a step-by-step instruction sheet.
